When you click 'Export packet' on a tenant. Drafts and unexported tenants stay free as long as you keep them open.

What if I need to re-export?

Re-exports of the same tenant are free for 30 days after the first export — fix a typo, add a late receipt, swap a photo, no charge.

Is there a free trial?

Your first exported packet is free. No card required to sign up.

What states do you support?

California today, with built-in awareness of the 21-day deadline and §1950.5 cover-letter framing. More states arriving as the regulatory schema is mapped.

Can I cancel?

There's nothing to cancel — you pay per packet. Stop using DepositProof and you stop being billed. Your tenants remain accessible for 12 months after your last export.
